Bad news. Too many baina holders dealers are under tremendous pressure to sell their files at loss.

Some were Short selling and some were playing last week for baina gains. Both nothing but gamblers.

We are so lucky at Lahore Real Estate. We dont have to go thorough any thing like that. we work only for commissions on deals and dont go for office short or long term investments.

My team has very strict instruction. Never sell any thing you dont have papers in you hand from your clients and never buy any thing on baina or token play personal or office gains. NEVER.

We buy some thing when 100% funds are in bank and ready for intimidate purchase order for full 100% payment even if have to pay extra for all our personal gains on long term. We never invest for office for short or long term gain.

CMY, considering this market phenomenon, where do you see the prices today and tom. I feel only these two days of price movement are left out as there may not be any trading time left by Thursday

What is the fine rate applicable by DHA if development charges installment get delayed.

Rule of thumb is keep in mind approximately 25% of development charges at end if you dont pay any installment at all.
