I have some Money from my Parents and I can further Add some from my husband.
I saw many posts on this forum regarding DHA phase 9 and DHA Multan.
Since my target is both Lahore and Multan (being Parents Home), What is the good decision :
Option #1: To buy DHA Phase 9 One Kanal Plot after Ballot OR
Option #2: Buy two files for DHA Multan
After 3-4 years which option is expected good return

Wait till the ballot of Phase 9. Depends which location you get plot and at what price.
Otherwise DHA Multan is flat files... In few days the options will be more clear |
