any update on phase 5 Block M,about under pass or some new pics.

Dear lre,
AOA, i want to ask how much extra charges (stamp duty, cvt.transfer fee,advance tax,miscallaneous charges) except commission fee for DHA phase 5 M block one kanal.I do not know the dc rate of this block so advance tax will be applicable or not.

If somebody is interested in phase 5 M block one kanal,is it accessible by road to see exact location of proposed plot so it is not deep or any high tension wire overhead or any obvious drawback.
