AOA CMY Sahib,

I am following ur posts from a very long time. And i am a die hard fan of u. I have one question regarding State life Phase II. I know now a days every one is talking about DHA Prism, and no one bothers about SL2. But following are my thinkings, needs ur suggestion or evaluation about my thinking,

1. Location of SL2 is unmatched. I know there are some deep wholes in its area but the location of this phase is like a GOLD. And i am thinking that in a 2 or 3 years time this place will be like a hot cake deal for investors.

2. Keeping in mind its location, i dont think so any one who purchased that property will throw that away like a garbage. This phase of state life will gain max returns in the coming years.

3. As the ballot of PRism is very near and DHA will start development of DHA prism very soon. And when the development of PRism will start it will definitely impact the prices fo SL2 because it is adjacent to SL2 and we would witness a sharp increase in the prices of SL2.

Am i thinking right or the other way around?

Please pass some comments on my thinkgs,

There will be some movement in SL2 AFTER the month of June 2015. Thats what the director told us to hold till June.

To LRE I am interested in buying the phase 9 ext file. i called the number listed here which has a very nice ring tone darood shareef MA. but no one answers.

I agree with DHA9 Prism map on its side SL2 will become more attractive and may start gaining in price soon now.

CMY bhaii I dont think SL2 will gain attractively because its development will take much much longer than ph9 due to SL management. But yes SL1 will rise now 1crore plots reaching 1.5 within 2 to 3 years

Shahzad Qamar SL2 will be next Ravians HS. That was turned into DHA5 L block

I don’t know on one topic response is on the west side whereas on the other side on the east, the same is that with my question & response of CMY Sb. regarding SL – 2 of below post. Whereas now answer is entirely different.

I purchased 10 marla plot of State Life Phase 2 on 40 feet road in December 2013 which is transferable & not the open one.

Kindly guide me either to hold this or sale out for investing in other society.

Can you also provide your expert views for any chance of merger between DHA & State Life in future

Raheel bhai please sell it. Not good to keep it. No hope other than DHA merger in future. If that every happen be good but other than that no justifiable return here to hold it for long term.

Can be held if your hope is strong and can you keep here. If you think its not possible. Sell it. Simple enough
