Yesterday I was talking with one high rank person from DHA. Prisim word is not only for marketing purpose. A story is behind that. Fast track development is also marketing and business word. Those who has sold their files are clever investors. Best time to buy is after ballot. All on this blog have same kind of advise from LRE team which is diffetent from CMY (WITH RESPECT). Now whats is story behind word prism and fall of prices. Wait till ballot. Those who couldnt sell. Please dont be panic.

Mr UAE..what is going to happen to phase 9 files which are not included in May 15th ballot? Decline ? Since plot has higher value than files? And when the ballot for remaining files will happen? |

It's understood thing if plot prices will not b good enough then file prices wl go more down. How much no idea but if plot prices will b good enough the file prices will go up. Rest Allah knows better |
