Price of Phase 8 Broadway Commercial File Vs Phase 9 Commercial File:
The price of 4 and 8 Marla Commercial is almost the same whereas from the development & possession perspective Phase 8 Broadway would be at least 4 - 5 years ahead. What is the reason for this?

Broadway Commercial is on a dead end rd on other side of LRR DHA8 interchange ramp. Commercial plots must be centrally located of any phase to gain best value in future.
Also too small roads inn Broadway for commercials and too many plots in small area especially very large numbers of 4 marla comm on Broadway there.
