Your post can break hearts of so many file holders like me.... as few days back i was about to sell my file of one kanal in 63 but seeing ur post regarding expected rates of 1 kanal after ballot i changed my mind as ur post forcasted Rs 72 for bad location without development charges now you say that these rates are with development charges ......meaning if i get a bad plot in ballot it is worth 53 (72 - 19) which i could have sold for 63.......please please please advise me future course of action.....as i still believe (definately after Allah) in U n ur team

kk123 your chance of getting a bad 1 kanal plot are almost nil. Lets wait for map. Insha Allah you wont be in a single rupee loss from price of 63+18=81 Lacs |

Nothing comes free....with risk there is reward. You could have sold your file at 63 but then you had to miss the oppertunity of getting a best location plot. This is known as oppertunity cost .You have to bear that cost if you want to try that luck. |
