NFC PHASE 2 INFORMATION REQUIRED,

I want to know about NFC 2.I want to buy a plot in this society but as we all know that ring road is passing through this society so what you will suggest that its better to wait for 2 to 3 months so that map of ring road will be cleared.I have earned my money with so much hard working and i am not in a position to make any risk at this stage of life.What you will suggest me in this situation and also please update me with price of 10 marla and 1 kanal plots in different blocks.Which blocks are good for investment and how much appreciation you will see in next 2 years if someone buy a plot in next 2 to 3 months.I have also heard about mortgage plots what are those? and how one can avoid those?I have visited the society last week but i didn't see any development work there nor any machinery which will develop the society.Only main 150 feet,100 feet roads are developed.How much time will this society take to develop.Will the main 150 feet road or any other road will connect to bahria in future?
I have asked about only NFC2 because its in my budget.Experts please share the detail information of this society.

Batter Buy in Sui Gas 2 with possession it is also in your budget even after ring road we don't know when NFC2 will complete development,
Points in Possession Plot is In case God Forbid Slump of real estate hits it will be less affected, and will be easy to resell at minimal Loss,
I bought NFC at 11 Lac so I am not worried even if goes a bit down, [Inshallah will not], You will enter at 33.

How much potential is there in SUI GAS 2.
Whats the price range.
Where you will see it after 2 years.
Whats the development status.

I agree with jameel sahib suggestion. I also suggest to explore AWT phase 2. You may get a reasonable plot in the bracket of 35-38 lac. The prices will appreciate there due to widening of raiwind road and
ring road.

Ahsan,ok i will visit both of these societies.How much potential is there in SUI GAS 2 and AWT2?
I have heard due to "Mian SAAB MAHAL" you have to wait to long due to there protocol etc and people are very much fed up from this at these societies.Is there any reality in that?

Dear Arshad

It happens occasionally . Currently, the traffic delays are due to a road work on raiwind road. As a matter of fact every society near ADA plot will gain. If you want short term investment consider LDA avenue 1 (10 marla). It will gain heavily due to its strategic location and close proximity to a well developed schemes where 10 marla is in excess of 75+ lac range. You may get a good plot in a bracket of 35-37 lac but require good fishing and hunting skills. In my humble opinion it may double in 2 years time in LDA avenue. I heard hat they have sorted 90 % issues.

There is one drawback in buying NFC 2 that its development is dead and society is waiting for its society elections. I have have heard that they have done their homework of feasibility and in first phase they will develop A.D.G blocks and later the remaining blocks. Since Ring Road is passing so wait for few months and then buy your desire location plot. 150 feet road is LDA structured road and it is planned to be connected with Bahria Town main Commercial Road where 5 Marla Commercial Plot price is already high. It will also play major role for Bahria Town to access Ring Road in Future.

Its location is far more better then AWT-2 and SuiGas-2.
