You can ask this question if your investment is stuck. As per my knowledge, development is going on in that area and its prices would further increase once people start constructing homes there. After 4-5 years it can reach around 130 Lacs. |

Fujairah replied on Thursday, May 14, 2015 08:42 AM MAW, I also bought a plot in ex commoners town in 2007 @ 28 lacs. last time when I came to Pakistan, I was told that it is around 60 -65 lacs. located in M block now - what would be its value now? any guess ....... secondly, is there any worth building a house there. there is a 30' hill also at my plot location, how to get rid of that? |
