What would be the expected price of phase9 5 marla with respect to following excluding development charges good, bad and worst.CMY please reply.Rest to participate please.

Market is uncertain and I don't think any one can predict. Just give it time and hope for best.

Phase 9 town is far better and furthermore poseession is near

Market is in technical correction now a days. People will pick good location plots after balloting but b4 15 may its seems difficult. Mkt. will remain same, no buy no sell.

People who have large quantity of files they are also offloading their holdings as well bcoz of development charges etc. But i will say its right n best time to invest in ph9.

What kind of a person will buy a bad Location phase 9 plot afTer balloting?
I mean is he stupid?

27 lac without development charges is min price of 5 marla for bad locations after ballot.

Khan sahib for many bad location is not that bad. I will be OK if there is mosque or even grave yard if I have to build my house and I am not worried about resale. Also many people are not even aware that it is bad location.
