Market is in technical correction now a days. People will pick good location plots after balloting but b4 15 may its seems difficult. Mkt. will remain same, no buy no sell. |

People who have large quantity of files they are also offloading their holdings as well bcoz of development charges etc. But i will say its right n best time to invest in ph9. |

27 lac without development charges is min price of 5 marla for bad locations after ballot. |

Khan sahib for many bad location is not that bad. I will be OK if there is mosque or even grave yard if I have to build my house and I am not worried about resale. Also many people are not even aware that it is bad location. |
