CMY sb plz advise that, this one kanal plot should be kept or sold because i purchased this plot last year and after all payment,i.e plot price+dealer fees+
cvt+ transfer fee+adv tax etc it costs me 85 lac 25 thousands.My Questions are:
1)when possession will be given of this plot as road and other development is complete over there
2)should it be kept for one or 2 years or sold
3)how much profit can be seen in 1 to 2 years
4)this is facing 10 marla plots on 70 ft road therefore
are there chances that once possession is given in X SECTOR FOR 10 MARLA the homes construction will be more in ths area as compared to other plots or otherwise

ali cheema bhai Its a good location to hold for 2 to 3 years more.
You are most likely to have possession in t block near Dec 30th 2015
For 2 years I think It can rise 50% + But its you sell this plot and buy DHA Multan 1 kanal files your gain will be at least twice if not more.
Normally smaller plots do see construction 1st.
I am sorry 1st time I didn't see your post. I dont get chance to go to second page as questions keep coming up on front page and than I get busy in other important things. Workload been to crazy lately. Hopefully after ballot I wont miss any posts.
