Is it possible that all good plots are balloted on 15 may and all bad or worst location plot are left for mini ballots of phase 9 becoz as.per.my understanding all files issued and allocated till.date ie are cleared and remaining files belong to pocket kind of area left in phase 9.I just share it without actually knowing in detail the procedure
