CMY Bhai,
I have 4 files one Kanal each in Phase 9, I will try to arrange all 4 plots together at one place.
Want to build one small house in the middle of 4 Kanal. Can I build it as I want or is there any specific restriction by DHA?

Well I can sell mine and try to buy 4 together if possible if I am allowed to construct house as I want. |

Then buy 5 together in one line and make house in the middle and keep all others as lawn, no permission required in this case. |

Well I am infect willing to have 4 plots in Square and construct a small house on 1 Kanal exactly in the middle.

no,u cannot cross the boundery of plot set up by dha,exact middle is possible if u hv 5 plots |

First of all I dont think DHA will allow your Dream comes True...
Secondly to made you dream in Middle i.e., to make home in center, You need to Buy another 1 kanal Plot... hehehe.
