NFC-2
Dear CMY,
I have seen in ur recent posts that u have suggested to invest in NFC 2, as it is supposed to be develop very soon. I have come to know that this NFC2 is not approved from LDA. what is ur opinion about it?

Dear CMY,
Also there are huge number of Mortgage plots in NFC 2.
then why you recommend to invest in NFC 2?
LRR will also be crossed inside from NFC 2.
Which blocks will be affected and which block and road you recommend and why?

NFC is aprroved by LDA Dated back 2006 even their revuised map in 2009 is also approved

Mortgage to LDA is as per Cluase not that they have Borrowed money from LDA, All societies have to Mortgage Plots to LDa till they open for possession.

still LRR Map is Not Clear Mostprobablt it will not any residential only bed it if intercajnge will affect Commercial at entrance

Dear Habib sab thanks for information but as per LDA website only NFC 1 can be seen in its list of approved societies...nthing aboit nfc 2. which can be confirmd right away. kindly correct me if its wrong.

Also waiting for cmy sab's guidance.7

1. Its society development clause that every developer should mortgage 30% plot as surety against possession on given date. If developer fail to deliver then it is to be LDA to sale mortgage plots and start development of society on its management behalf. So its a plus point that we have some security against our investment. Sooner or Later.
2. There is no such news of LRR passing inside NFC 2. It will more costly and will fail to serve purpose of LRR. NFC 2 is approved since 2006 and there is no change to run LRR over this society.
3. There is no block being hit by LRR flood its just boundary plots of Block A & D or G. Just avoid boundary plots and wait for 3 months to invest until you get clear map of LRR.

But I believe buy in panic and sale in stable market it will pay you more then usual time. Dealers and some speculators are active voicing over LRR and claiming NFC 2 plots at much lower rates. Be in the league and earn your reward by closely selecting plots more near to 150 Feet Road. As per resources A.D.G are first to be developed and its development is going to start form Jan-Feb 2016.

Jazak Allah, thanks to Habib and Malik Aftab for the info. So your advice is to wait for 3 months and then invest in NFC2. Right ?
Can I buy commercial plot on 150 ft road? How much cost and how much marla categories ? Any idea of rate? Investment Budget is around 10-15 millions.

i have kanal plot in d block D-87,,,
its safe or can be affected by LRR...as you say LRR passes through A,D,G boundary of these blocks..

2) bahria had stared the road from multan road,its near to complet..
if we stand over the canal and see that,its end and on the other side nfc 2 A block 80 foot road starts,,,just need to build an overhead bridge on canal,,,
will bahria town uses this road or expand the 80 foot road as bahria road will be round about 200 foot..
