Dear CMY,
I have intimation letter since 2009 for a file that was bought for me while I was overseas by my brother. I have not received the allocation letter until now, I just have intimation letter.
I want to find out if my file will be included in the ballot.

Further to my message above. I have heard that the I need to go to DHA and sign some papers before DHA will issue allocation letter, is this true or allocation letter will be issued based on the transfer made by my bother on my name. |

HM your file will be in ballot. To receive allocation letter you must come to Pakistan to receive it. No need to hurry up. When every you come to Pakistan take your intimation letter and CNIC to DHA office and in 5 minutes you will get your allocation letter.

How would I find the plot number after ballot, I understand that I need allocation number to find out the ballot result.
