CMY replied on Friday, May 15, 2015 03:35 AM A dealer will only tell you to sell even if he is ex col :) It is true 10000s of new plot will compete with DHA7 but most effects will be on DHA6 abd DHA8 plots. DHA 7 can still gain after full possession and price is not that high compared to Prism 9. Prism 9 is better located but DHA 7 have advantage of development and on ground plots. So after population, you will have to sell 2 plots of phase 9 to get one good plot here. There are two ways property gains one by speculation when it oscillates you gain and you lose. And second by traditional way like development and housing etc today phase 5 and 6 price is not due to speculation. DHA 7 is also out of speculation phase now. Phase 9 still have to see many ups and down. |

I had 7 plots in Phase 9 town. a dealer misguided me when they reached 35 lac each that they will loose value and better to sell these in haste. I m in Dubai away from ground realities and gave him go ahead. he sold all. and said to keep money as DHA property is going down. now those phase 9 town plots are selling around 50 lacs each and he gave me a loss of 1 crore for only his 2 lacs commission.thanks to CMY and this website that people are getting guidance about real estate and certainly those who visit this website regularly wont play in the hands of ex Colonels or any other DIHARI BAAZ dealers |
