May have errors in numbers. This is what I am getting live from ballot where phones are not allowed inside due to extreme security measures

Big difference between "Total Residential" and "Total Area" shows that some Installment Plots may be announced by DHA in the near future.

what is remaining Ballot in future? So it is Only 1/3 Map? It is about 12500 Kanal if you Include Roads Parks etc also becomes Max 16 to 18K Kanal. Will Plan of remaining Blocks will be released or not?
I Guess now there is possibility of Plots on installments as well what do you think?

RANA sahib only one pass was allowed per estate and I have 8 of my team members at site right now.

If and when we get results posted you will start getting them in minutes.

Trying my best to give you plots nos asap. I hope they get posted today and not held till Monday.

Thank you for your advice that whoever has 3 to 4 crore must go for 8 marla commercial and loose his entire savings in one go.

Nobody should blame others if he doesnt get good location plot after ballot. LRE & forum members are just giving honest advises as per their experience, everybody should had to use own brain while investing anywhere. Why follow others blindly & quickly announce the verdict as well. Property is long term biz which demands patience, its not stock market. No offense to anybody

Overseas I am also a holder of ph 9 4 and 8 marla comm.cmy advised me again and again that dha have changed the map many times just before the ballot and secondly real estate investment is not for short tempered people.. I think you should not blame anyone

We should not complain anyone, every person is posting his opinion which is based on personal assessment, sources info or vested interests. Investors should screen all these posts carefully and not follow blindly.

Similar distrust was seen in phase 5 ext balloting. My cousin initially was given corner plot and then within days the results were reorganized to just give good plots to army officials , people who has under the table connections and dha staff or friends ..

Phase 9 balloting is another joke.. Yeah real estate is Long term business but one shouldn't blind Dha and even lre with close eyes and mind like me.

There is a big difference for plots on main road and on civic center.

Mr Salim ; I am sure you are lucky one because you bought the file when it was on rock bottom not some one like me just few days before ballot for 345 lacs.

There is a big difference on understanding the temperament... If I had commercial file for even 250 lac, I know I will be gainer both in short and long term...
And secondly I don't have millions to spare and can afford to keep my only egg in one basket... Yes one has to make his own decision but CMY or lre strongly recommended it...

Development work to start Jan 1st 2016. DHA administrator said at all cost it will be delivered in 3 years.

Boundary wall will started right away and no entry will be allowed. Ivy Green 40% boundary already completed

Sir CMY, This is MM. You mentioned that I should share with you if my 5 marla phase 9 became part of ballot since I bought the effidivit on May 8th. Sir the answer is I don't know and after ready your comments I am more confused since you mentioned all 5 marla plots are balloted today and you also talked about future mini ballots. Can you please kindly clarify by you saying that all 5 marla are balloted today means it has been balloted with no location assigned? Please clarify?

Phase 8 , 6 saal mei develop nahi hua,
Phase 9 kaisay ho jaye ga.
I wonder it's a tactic to keep plot rates from skidding down since they are a lot.
IMO, every phase will get effected with such a big supply of developed and non developed plots available in market.

All the fancy promises which DHA administrator is doing these days were made at the time of Phase-6 as well. What happened on ground later on, everybody knows.
If phase-9 is going to become future commercial hub of lahore then whats the purpose Phase-8 Commercial broadway? Just fancy words everywhere
