4 lines / 120 meters away from Nallah
I Hope you know R Block is located on the extreme eastern end of map near nallah, Sorry to say Bad Location but not the worst. People have more bad locations than this.
My Only reservation is all 5 ,Merla Blocks are badly located
Better switch it with DHA Town ASAP

It is a Bit better , 5.5 Lines away from Nallh but 4th plot from Boundary, each line means 40 meters from Nallah so you are about 220 Meters away that is good.
But Location is R Block is distant in all regards
same advise for you. If You switch late cost will be more. Because many R Holder will think 2,3 Months and then will come in Market

Looking at 9 prism map now what are your views for dha 9 Town 5 marla plots. I am sure in coming days there prices will appreciate and Builders will give Prices a good hike as well.

Today there only Good news for DHA Town Holders, DHA 9 Prism Town Planning, access points Pockets, Location of 5 Merla all disappointing
Central location Kanal May be Good if they could Get an access through Private Land to M Block side,
Today is best day for M Block as well, My analysis is same as I said 3 days back, Only because people are hurt that is why I don't speak loud.
