Is R1263 any good in terms of location?

I have a 5 marla plot there

Sumaira : its back is with boundary ,so will count as bad location
Saima : its lil average location plot , among many 5-M but close to boundary

R 1260 Sorry But very Bad Location. Boundary at Our pouching of R Block
J 697 is fair Location near Boundary But better than R Block it is Near Ashiana, You will able to exit through Kamhan Road to Ferozuepur Raod, I Think it is good Location Hold it.

J 697 It is about 50 to 60 Meters away from Boundary, On The other side is Usman Knit wear Factory , see Google It is near Ashiana and existing Abadi towards Abadi on left side.
