I would be really great full of some body could evaluate the location of my plot as Iam unable to access/view the map. Thanks

It is so far good Location, Not Prime location but it in K Block which is near Old GTS , it is about 500 Meters away from Nallah, the Good point is it is near Future exit of all DHA prism ie Gajumattah, To exit to Ferozupur road you will have to travel only 2.8 KM but other will have to travel 10 to 12 KM
You can say no bad features but better access[ which most DHA 9 is lacking]
Only bad thing is that a big encroachment is 100 Meters away. But it is not village

not a bad location, positive is close to possible future access to LRR

When we compare 5 m location with 5m in other blocks then 5m k block is good and obviously 5m location could not be compared with 1k location.

8.5/10 for 5 marla for your 1190 and all lane it's value will be 38 round about . 9/10 is above lane in k 40 will be its value and 9.5/10 for corner , facing park if any . big road of upper lanes of k 40 plus will be its value , the block below to your lane 1700's is 8/10 and it will be 36 plus . that are only my pick of block and location else other than these are average even with corners or bad and worst .

@Omair. H1221 seems to be at good location as easy assess to ring road. best of luck.
