I am very sorry Dr sahib Its a worst location with a pocket of land possible with few houses. It may or may not get cleared in future. These kind of pocked owner demand 2 crore each kanal land that DHA will never pay.

Thanks for your reply. I have checked on google image.. There is only one haveli type house but its not on any plot area. R u saying its disputed land. Or just some stuborn villager not giving up his land.. Im new in land investment n think very long term with atleast this one. What do u advise me. |
