I am so disappointed to see the map of phase 9. It has so many open spaces and villages. It is by far the worst map from phase 1 to 9. The army officers got the ballot done in GHQ and got all the good plots. Most of the people in ballot got average and bad blots.
The location of 5 marla plots is really bad. I foresee the prices to come down drastically. Furthermore with such litigation and open spaces it will take a long time to develop.
I see the prices of phase 7 to increase manifold.

I had two files. Beauty of this ballot is that The file with OLO (alloted to army officers) got the worst location that is near the boundry and the one i bought from open market is a corner in Q block... So chill its all luck ...whatever we got was our destiny

Mr Khalid Haris is very much right in his saying. All best plots are alloted to Army persons. Some lucky civilians got few good plots rest all are got either average plot or bad location plot. Almost all army persons got best or good location plots and almost all civilians got average and bad location plots. If you call it luck then it means army officers are only lucky persons in this country rest all others r unlucky |

I think it was fair. Bad location was expected and we usually hear from those who get bad location plots. I got in B block right next to Askari and I am common man |
