Here is the latest valuation for 1 Kanal plots:

Sector K = 85 Lacs to 115
Sector L = 75 Lacs to 110
Sector M = 85 Lacs to 140
Sector N = 80 Lacs to 110
Sector P = 90 Lacs to 140
Sector D = 90 Lacs to 145

Please let me know if you want to sell your plot.

Bhai, your plot is in not so good location because is situated between two below average societies. Luckily, it not at the boundry. I would have bought your plot if it was close to the Oval Complex. By the way, what is your demand?
