Just wait for may be Mini Ballot or may be in real there will be fast track development as promised...so just lets wait and see..
and look govt has all his plans to cover up all the Nallah in Lahore.as they did in LOS.and DHA will surely think over it for covering the Rohi Nallah...and keep remeber on the Nallah,there is an alignment for Lahore Sialkot Motorway...and there is an interchange near the R Block......and i think DHA will start is Development from this Bloack as this block is very near to already Developed area.Also Theme Park is very much near to this Block (Only 5 Marla Block in Prism near to this) obv there are negative points..
so just we have to wait..

i also feel R block can be do or die type of block
currently look isolated or badly located but eventually can end up closest to 9-town , bedian road and P6 and surely will be developed ist as apartments are in it too |

yes and there is no village near...if you look all good facilities are near to this block ....not like other 5 marla blocks...
how a die situation...i dont think so...it will have good returns...i am very much positive about this block..
i think CMY will also agree upon this... |

yes agree but DHA in its location map showed an entrance road from bedian road to P-9 , which shud have been marked here in R block , but it isnt present as yet. |
