Dear Mian,
it is Bad Location to know real worth you will have to wait for one month when you get good number of sellers in Market, then you will know that how much you get and How Much you have to add to switch to good Location.
n estimate is your plot is about 8 Lac cheaper than an average Location Plot, But to get an interested buyer will be a challenge. That is a Main problem of Such Locations.
I am so sorry I keep On replying the people with bad locations where as some including CMY is tactfully avoiding that and giving the people Congratulation only on Good Locations,Or he is too Busy. |
