So many Q being asked .... I think if u see the map to great extent u can yourself evaluate your sector and plot. If u see map Sectors close to DHA 9 Town, phase 5 and Askari XI, Should get developed 1st and will be closer the ares where possession / construction activity will start first. Than sectors close to Theme Park , Golf Course and other Such like facilities r equally attractive than is closeness to a village or some thing like that and how far the sector is from main entrances or hub of the activities like main commercial areas. Within sector than u hav to see location of plot which is if at start of sector near to main road or close to some dead end or on close grave yard etc . Than is it on or close bad patch of ground that is Nullah etc but surely DHA would take care of it, More important is location of sector and than plot.
