1359 hold able , 2710 will not give u good gain because its at boundary and Kohinoor mill behind , better add few bucks if u r luxurious and move at better location or even u can keep but don't expect quick sale and good amount as much 1359 can give .
haroon its on 120 ft road , ok to keep it even in front of school , road is big enough to counter few negative points. |
