Kindly assess my DHA 9 1 Kanal N-318 and 10 Marla J-258 location and worth. Is it better to hold these or sell. An honest analysis will be much appreciated. Thanks & Best regards.

H-132 is corner plot on back of 150 road and not far from park
its a very good location plot
congrats u gained 20 lacs in a day

In my opinion H block will be best in future when LRR is completed as this is very close to LRR like B block of Phase 6.

Shahid sb : rate will be decided as per demand n supply (after few weeks of balloting) but say if ur plot is around 75 lacs today , hold it for 5-6 years and it will double.

@umer : ur plot location is below average , as its sorrounded by private land and is in a pocket

umer one can make the pocket a gated community. it is perfectly livable. Donot judge everything by its resale.

M-786 is average location , being near inmol and transport society is a drawback , rest no issue (shuker karo boundary se dur hay)
