Can anyone kindly evaluation of the following three 1 Kanal Phase-9 Prism plots pls.

1-9P/B/000437
2-9P/B/000007
3-9P/B/000188

Generally B block is good as it is near to old DHA phases and good access to LRR via Phase 5 M Block. People are living in Askari right next to it . There is Shuhada Town and Phase 9 Town as well. Generally this area is already developed and liveable ..

437 is larger than canal. Boudary but since it is askari boudary so no issues. Location is good no issues in plot

0007 is on 150 ft....what else you want?

188 is also from 150ft approach....

all are great plot

thank you sir.. what does 150 ft mean.. im a layman....so you would have to explain a little... why do you say they are great?? they are not corner plot of facing park? whats the good thig bout them..

last question is what do you think their price will be with developent charges..

sorry to be so inquisitive but i dont know much ans this is really ny frist property dealing.
