I saw a lot of negative comments about J Block. But i dont understand but it is very close to ring road and ferozpur road and also the part of Phase 9.
I think ring raod will also pass through Bahria town. so is it logical to say the left or right side of ring road in bahria is bad.

That is nonsense and bullshit. A 6 Lane road passing in front of your block and you say its bad. This is all these dealers who want to earn when you sale and resale. Use your own brain .... |

In my opinion, i think it is best location because of its access. When you are on the ring road then you can reach anywhere in short span of time. because of Ferozpur road J block is very close to other part of lahore. Lahore is not DHA only. Yes, it is dealers who are saying bad word. Can someone here mention negative points about block j. |

Roads like ring road is never a plus for property. The onlyonly thing that matters is the interchange. Otherwise its bad. It will cause more pounding of water besides the ring road as the ring road is usually higher than the natural ground. You need special passages to cross the ring road. SSo cacan you guess why they don't put commertials near ring road? |
