Since no one is replying to my request for evaluation I guess I'll help others out by giving unbiased opinions. Dha investor your plot is on back of 150 ft and also near water works (Tanki) otherwise nice plot you have been luckier than I. Would advise you to keep it & not sell for 4 5 years till possession. Unless your life depends on it or you're willing to sell it to me at a steep discount :) lol Just Kidding |
