IbrahimDxb brother please give your evaluation comments regarding my plot Phase 9 P 980 plot, its a corner.
I get the feeling that the area near it will be taken over by DHA via fresh files fairly quickly as I checked on google maps and its all open area till the drain, no villages etc. Plus the shape of P Block cutting towards the bottom and east is quite strange with some other plots in pockets which probably indicates that DHA is in process of acquiring the adjoining open areas. What say you?

AJ Bhai, P980 even this is a corner but near a factory which seems less having chances to be acquired by DHA. but don't sell in panic and wait to see the market trend and if some good offer then don't delay to avail and relocate at earliest. CMY can better evaluate in price as well as location point of view. plz don't act only on my evaluation. If me in your place will try to relocate but not immediately. thanks |

Thank you Ibrahim bhai, nobody was responding to me :) Actually on google maps the factory is much farther south with agriculture land in between and until the hadiara drain. Anyway I'll keep your comments in mind.Thanks. |
