Dear CMY and other knowledgeable fellows,
A friend of mine is looking to invest 10-20 lac for next 2 years. What would you say his best options are.

Buddy one nice option would be NFC 2 you can get a 10 Marla there for that range and a 1 kanal if you put in some more. Rest depends on Phase 9 prices after the ballot if you can buy something there in that range 20+ for say a 5 marla then nothing better but you would have to wait for at least 4 -5 years NOT 2, Phase 9 is a long term investment till at least possession time. |
