Fizan this very good for Making home but will bad for resell or investment/ growth point of View.
Why Good for Making home? as it is near Exit
why bad, Closed street
Boundary with ashiana, which a non regulated scheme and most of devellers will be Kidaydar XYZ People but of course not like village.
#2 If You see Ashiana Plan they have open road here as well. I don't Know DHA have plan to open this road to ashiana, If all DHA will be using Ashiana exit to go out then how DHA can reciprocally refuse them. If that happens then even a Patient person like me will also not like to make home there.
Best Thing is this ashiana is on ground Go and Visit if they Have Boundary or Not and if it is then Good, If not then better sell. |
