@Abdul Ghaffar K 253 not so good mainly due to being near boundary. I would advise to sell this and swap with a better plot asap after putting in some money. However you should check on google maps satellite photo what is actually on the other side of the boundary wall before making your decision, dha map only shows comfort factory at the bottom. Rest ALLAH knows better. |
