Dear Foreign Investor hosla rakho, though i'm not an investor in phase 9 in fact i tried to calm down the rhetoric for the good of everyone but anyhow now stay calm, Actually, i have also been hurt a lot by the false perceptions generated by property dealers and one thing i have learnt is that you must visit the area in detail where you are investing. Some people do deceive others but mostly have no idea of what is being proposed, for example, when most people were recommending phase 9 and you asked them that have you visited the area almost always people replied in no.
Anyhow, it is still too early so don't panic, let the things settle down and then decide. |
