ASA, CMY Saab or anyone expert please shed a light on location and current & future price of J 3097. do you think its location is good or bad or worst possible. Is it worth holding?

@Sahr. 1 K plot H 1112 near ring road is not good due to the following reasons such as.
Due to heavy traffic at RR, there will be noise pollution as well as air pollution. so me will not prefer for myself to have house there. Every year I may be need to have paint renewal as well. but some people may like due to RR name. what to do with RR? plots inside but have good access to entry and exit points will be good. I m not disappointing any one but sharing my own feeling as all we know pollution had very bad effets to our real life so to be avoided as possible. but also don't be panic to sale on my view. your own analysis and like and dislike matters. good luck and regards. |

IbrahimDXB ring road will have a very positive effect on the plot prices, this part of the ring road will not be over crowded, overall I see being close to the ring road is an added advantage |

Investor bhai, RR will also have noise and air pollution which will effect badly to nearly houses. calm environment is always better as my feeling you like RR is fine for your choice but not for me. thanks |
