Should people with bad plots like me, pay any development charges as that will be further 20 Lakhs stuck for 3 years or should we just sell when we can and let the buyer (if we find any) pay those as well.

Development charges are payable lump sum now but will be paid by buyer as it will include in plot price, Better to move immediately when got a reasonable offer. |

Development charges will be paid only if selling plot otherwise in 3 years installments after 4 moths about. If any body is selling the plot then the development charges will be included in plot value and ultimately buyer will pay all, hope answer the question. |

Agree with Ahsan Ali. Don't panic. Hold. Let any good news like LRR, development of phase pick the mood. At some point investors aiming to make quick money will return to this phase again and then common people like me can sell also. There were fluctuations in file price. Some people's phase 7 experience was similar. |
