Phase- 9 has been a complete disappointment as file holders waited for so long and ultimately gains are nothing. Few brokers with their vested interests created un-necessary hype in market and earned money from ordinary men who believed on them. I have always emphasized that one has to go personally to an area before purchasing it.Phase-7 is much batter once you compare it with phase-9. At least one will not wait for another 10 years and one can see what is on ground. Phase 9 map makes phase 7 look like a blessing.

Phase 7 access is not good.. whereas phase 9 has multiple ring road access, phase 7 will still struggle in future

@investor, have you really visited phase-7 personally. Phase-7 has absolutely has no such problem. It surely is better than Phase-9.

Investor no point fooling the people anymore! I myself have three plots in phase 9 but it is now clear that phase 9 was a myth! Phase 7 looks a lot better with access from bedian road, barki road and phase 6.

Dont get emotional guyz :) things will look different when actual development will take place,.. ring road southern loop and access from Phase 5 M side will be much smooth.. also ferozepur road access isnt that far. gajumatta metro access for interior lahore travelling.. whereas phase 7 is just lying in the corner.

Phase 7 access is primarily from Barki road, which is closest and widest road in the area. There are other multiple access points as well. Anyhow, continue on believing whatever you want.

me agree with sheru. Phasse 9 is not gud compare to rest of phazes.

@Investor - The rationale for taking 15 years to ballot phase 9 was explained by saying that there will be no villages (pockets) etc. With the current map, it will take several years to clear these pockets before we see anything reasonable on ground. Phase 9 is the only phase with not just 4 villages but couple of factories and several farm houses and unexplained pockets. There will be a lot of issues acquiring these farm houses as they belong to influential people. You can continue to fool yourself like most people have for the past 15 years! I have nothing in phase 7 but clearly this is the phase to be in!

LRR is adding value to where ever it is passing. I am surprised when someone on this forum feels that it is adding 0 value to phase 9. Please donot misguide people if you have some vested interests or your investment is on other phases. DHA will remain DHA and once things comes into development everything looks good.

mahmad, please stop falsely advocating for DHA and dealer fraternity. We the owner of plots in P9 have the right to know negative details that were kept from us all along. After balloting, Phase 9 does not live up to the hype that was created around it. There are so many holes and pocket that the whole area looks like occupied territory. I mean it is a joke that Oval Complex and polo ground in surrounded by Dev Klan village, Dav Krurd village and some cheap Anmol Housing Society. I mean come on….

Not to mention major industrial pollution and poisonous waste that the leather and shoe factory create around Phase K, L, M, N, P, etc.....

Investor, strategic location to what? Kasur? the rest of the DHA in near Cantt, Gulberg and other high-end areas. And Phase nine is in the middle of nowhere. Please describe how it is strategically located???
