So everyone who got a plot allotted , unless you are short term investors, hold your plot. Do not despair. And do not listen to people who compare with this phase or that phase. if some is happy somewhere else, good for them. I still believe Phase 9 will start jumping come february 2016

You sought advice from CMY, he didnt call you. He never charged a single penny for this. Hundreds are happy after following his predictions. Not everything can happen as we desire

Absolutely agreed Haseeb...I have been following this site for a few months now and developed an in depth understanding about this property business through the valuable experience shared by others and off course CMY sahib.One thing which i noticed is, people want to become billionaire within few days which is not possible. Its the sort of business which demands patience. So be patient and believe in Allah. Everything gonna be fine.

Its natural. People want easy returns. But there is a way this universe is being run. We had several 5 marla files. Two were in names of my brothers (army officers). They got the worse location. Now crying like a fool that fauj do numberi ker gaiii is totally uncalled for

Haseeb, the point is, if we are so much concerned about location then we should better go for ground plot where one can have the location he wants. Files main to phir aisa hi hoga. At least few have to get those "Badly Located" Plots. Awam keh rahi ha foji achhay plots le gye and army officers saying other way around. Be thankful to Allah what we got and try for the best. After all its business where you have may earn or you may lose.

I am agreed with MR.HASEEB & MR.RAFAQAT.
As they told, pls don't try to become billionair in one night, everyones RIZAK is written so we would not die before getting our RIZAK. Be sure and tawaqal tu ALLAH. I HE has written in your luck to become rich so would in each case become rich but don't Forget how more you would have how more you would be answerable with the rizak you got, questions would be where would you spend your Money, did you care for Zakat, Yatama, Masaqqqqeen, Biwaas etc???

This duniya is temporary and forthis we are all so worried and caring. Do we also care for our next and everlasting life??????

Allah gives Ajar to the People those who do SABAR without any Limitation( BAY HISAAB ).

Always sulking and blaming others for their perceived loss.

I am on other side of ring road. Alhamdolillah i am just 3 years away from getting a plot in DHA. I wont have to worry about Qabza, or some other badmaashi(things that happen in all other societies) Everything is crystal clear.

Come on. No one is blaming CMY. He forced no one. We voluntarily listen to him. Just this morning he gave me advice on my post. So thanks to him. But also I am sure he will guide people like me now what to do.

Also don't tell us not to cry when things go wrong. I complain only when DHA does not deliver what the promise. Look at DHA 7 development plan promises and look at DHA valley. Even Phase 9 development is going to lag behind many years possibly. You guys are criticising us like all the shopkeepers who won't deliver on their promise and then say grow up, why do you complain. It's a business and there are business ethics.

like you said, its a business. and we are all here because we dont have better options. DHA gains the most out of us, and vice versa.
Even Dubai sucks the life out of most of us.
So lets accept them the way they are and learn to live with it, instead of being whiny kids

This is really unfair if some one crying after buying. File mean risk involve for good and bad locations. And of course you will not loose even you get worse location. You may get less profit but will not lose at what price you bought. As i dont have any army background but still i got 1 corner plot and 1 worst location plot.i am more then happy as i was expecteing this balloting

There are business ethics. Complaint is not about not getting a good plot. That is nature of balloting. Complaint is about rest everything--- as I mentioned above. Like you said we just don't have any other choice.. Complaining is not whining....
