My brother is giving me an offer of 40 excluding development charges on 1418 sector L. Should I sell?

K1116 is tricky.. can not figure out whether its a dead end or DHA reserve land or grave yard or what.. also comfort factory is nearby.. seems a bad location sir

sorry i can not extend myself to your level , buying plot from sibling in case u need a free advice always take 1k notes instead of 5k although they are difficult to count . now if u sort out economics and this level do reply

I think its a good location corner plot facing park. So better to hold it if you can.

@Maria - At the utter risk of sounding arrogant, perhaps another platform may be more appropriate for seeking real estate advise. You can not possibly hope for sanity from everyone around here. Suggest getting in touch with CMY on his email!

Mr. Sheru, you are correct. The issue is I have tried contacting Mr. CMY to the level of stalking him. No response received. Also, i live in Abu Dhabi and there are no property agents here dealing in Pakistan property. I called an agent in Lahore and he said my plot is worth 60.Another renowned agent says it's worth 48. So there's a lot of confusion.Anyway,i don't feel offended and no you didn't sound arrogant sir.

@Maria please check google map then u will find it having small house or may be haveli .but size of plot look bigger more than 10 Marla. I am also holding 10 Marla back of lane 1116 if u got feedback then do share with others

Sister Ms. Maria, L-1418 is corner plot and park. But it is also near to Grid station and Hudiara Drain which is mainly a worse point because of its small issue 24/7, 365 days.
Sell it even at file rate you get now. Re-invest your funds again in other investment opportunities. A brotherly advice.
