abt the other two files , did u get sellers allocation letters copy when purchasing?
allotment number remains same after the sale/purchase.
else contact LRE , they can get ur allotment numnbers from DHA office,

I think other 2 file was affidavit file and dha people say I need 2 pick the full file after 45 days.all I have is intimation letter..they says in letter allocation letter issued to u after 45 days.
