Z1 is a lot better than Z2 almost twice better. Z3 is weakest. OC main and back both ok

Z2 5.75 crore plus for 8 marla in Z1
4.75 crore plus for 8 marla in Z2
4.25 crore plusfor 8 marla in Z3

In 5.75 crore one could get 8 Marla in phase 6, 7 or 8 but then who cares.
