Dear CMY,
Pls tell about R - 218 , is it on boundary towards Dha-town with 100 ft road just straight to it , 250 meters away , Any chances that Dha town to be joined with R block here?
can we expect R block to expand in this direction?
When shud i sell it off?

R - 218 Must be held. With 3,5 DHA Town blocks will have many roads connected to R. This map of Prism is drawn 4 years ago and only minor changes. A lot of land under and around R is with DHA now. Matter of fact I think DHA site office for Prism development teams is in R block too and functional today. I uploaded its Google image recently. Development may start from R side because Lahore Ring Road will see lot of construction traffic. DHA plan to stay away from that side at start. So this could make R gain more.
None of R block plot should be sold unless you are in 1st 2 rows ear Nallah. New buyers could safely buy in R block for 3 to 5 years hold time.
