MUZZAMIL replied on Sunday, May 17, 2015 02:11 PM ist 2 rows towards nallah can be affected , rest are safe IMO also being on boundary dont make a plot a worst located plot , what matters is whats on other side of boundary (village or graveyard is lil setback) for J block holders , my view is that they,ll have to hold it for 6-7 years to get max gains , as till 2018 ring road will be operational and only after that DHA will start development of this phase & it will become hot piece of cake (next yr development will be started from other side of 9) rest ALLAH knows the best. |

It's safe on one side of J block its RR and on other side it's nallah but at a decent distance and on d other side of nallah if u see it on google earth! Ull see their are fully developed residential areas! N probably nallah might get covered by DHA or the government ! |

MUZZAMIL replied on Sunday, May 17, 2015 02:24 PM i,ve concluded this after talking to CMY and other dealers , DHA wont develop J block etc till Ring road is completed because during construction of ring road heavy machinery , trucks and trolleys with all the dust will be passing and that adjoining area wont be of much appeal (after completion it will be) another factor is that DHA site office is in R block , apartments they are going to sell on installements to make money are in R block also this side is near 9-town and already developed areas. not surity but its most likely as per all experts |

Shahzad replied on Sunday, May 17, 2015 02:28 PM This Nallah is full of chemicals which are dangerous for human health, its not the issue of only smell. Secondly, home appliances are badly affected by the Nallah even if its 500-meters away. One more point, its not easy to build home and live infront of LRR having 24-hours heavy traffic. Continuous noice & air pollution for nearby residents. It looks good from dostance but living there is not advisable. These are just my thoughts, may be other people differ |

This nullah is for agriculture water.dont wory J bolck will boost up. Dha will start develop either ring road start ir not.dvelopment work will not effect due to ringroad |
