Field Visit of Phase-9

Dear friends;

Today, I took the field tour of phase 9 on my Jeep. I have following observations:

1) Most of land of phae-9 is flat
2) The Hadiara Drain is across the road which separates it from phase 9. The road is of good quality. The drain i currently low and dosnot seem to be creating much nuisance as it is also covered by trees at most of the points
3) The factories are not o big except Comfort factory
4) Overall the phase seems to have a good potential for growth and infrastructure deveopment

What is wrong in having these villages? Are they alians? or neech zaat? Pak Citizen. Every society in Lahore has these villages , i donot know why you are making it a big case? Go to court and ask them why they have given these people rights and why societies cannot take their land by force...
You have really small mentality....

Thanks for taking time in driving in that area, You are right if you want to Live there will not be many issues, But 90% people will offload their properties just based on what mentioned in map, they are just investors. I have seen a very nicely designed home in phase 5 on a triangular plot and this person also got some relaxation on the building rules from DHA to covert it into duplex but again Market is Market he had to sell at substantial discount than market and that too after 3 years of waiting.
Most are holders of phase 9 are either living abroad or having homes in down town like Kalma Chowk, Gulberg, Muslim town etc .
It 2nd or 3rd generation of buyers who will make homes there.
See all 5 merla houses in WAPDA Town are very close to Nallah and no one cares now. Rather people living at a bit distance feel more smell due air currents than these people, reason is people living closed get adapted and don't feel much. So it is not a big issue.
Let it Populate all issues will resolve.

Rohi Nala Comes from Phase 8 , Phase 1 and Phase 5
Even DHA7 has this issue as some of its plot are also effected by hadiara

People r living pn zafar ali road along nala and property on zafar ali road is most expensive.

Sheru dont compare phase 7 with phase 9. Phase 9 is huge in size.
You can find a small area equivalent to phase 7 clean (Though even phase 7 has villages and hadiara ) but it is impossible to find a clean plot of 40000 kanals....

Irfan I am currently looking for a 2 kanal in phase 7. Recently visited. I think you should get something in X or reaonsble location Y block in this price.

@Sheru, which block is preferable X or Y? New cutting or old cutting? Somebody told me Y-block 15Avenue I can get kanal plot in this budget. That location sounds good. Do u have any idea about it?
