Asim Bahi, your plot L 219 facing graveyard/village is not worth to keep but once you have a reasonable offer then relocate your investment. best of luck.

Most of people have hard money and wait for more then years to get this reward so now DHA has to compensate with this worst allocation.

Asim Bahi. In my above post I given my honest opinion in keeping the trend who invest or make home in DHA. If village is no problem for you then it will be the best for owner of this plot, but no body will give a good price or would love to invest here. Any body can get a plot in that village half of this plot then why people don't go in that village. For me village is no problem at all, a lot of love and respect to all the villagers. Good luck.

Dear Ibrahim Even Village are there surrounding but That still DHA Tag . So Buyer has to respect of this and give Good judgement in price Level.

Asim Bhai: if I give my dishonest views, what I will get from it nothing at all. I m not a dealer nor having any intention to demoralize the plot holders. Every body have their own views and if differ from other does not mean or say dishonest. I have two plots here above average location but no worry. I will get what ever in my NASEEB.

IF EVERY SINGLE PERSON SELL THEIR PLOTS BY BOUNDARY OR BY VILLAGES OR BY GRAVEYARDS DUE TO BAD LOCATIONS ATLEAST SOME ONE WILL PURCHASE THESE SAME PLOTS AND BUILT THEIR HOUSES COME ON EXPERTS BE POSITIVE DO NOT BE SO NEGATIVE.
