I am looking at investing in a small commercial plot/file.
As I don't have a lot of capital to invest where should I be looking and any idea of prices?

lol thanks Navid but still can you guide me what's the minimum price and what locations to look out for. Maybe if I know then I can plan ahead maybe sell something.

go for 8 Marla in commercial zone 3, May be in range 400-500... or talking about minimum, go for sector A sector commercial area, A is sector with no problems of graveyard, boundary et... so go for it

Also think about residential in dha multan, but for that arrange money in a month, after that people will rush to invest there after selling ph9 so will shoot once n will settle back in a year or so
