In my opinion since PRISM 9 will be a walled phase with controlled entry/exit points and no passage for villagers etc, hence there may be less negative impact/decline in more prices of such plots,CMY request for your input please.

DHA Couldn't Stop villagers way and others who want to use DHA main approaches. You can see this in DHA Previous phases. Every one Can use DHA Commercial Broadway to come on bedian road. Phase 5 entrance on bedian road, Every Pakistani resident can use DHA roads. How is it possible such a big phase roads only for residents. |

Brother all other phases are not walled.Secondly wall around Prism 9 is planned to restrict such movement and keep the prices low for acquiring more land for this phase in future and clearing pockets accordingly. |

if thats the case , the whole outlook of the area will b affected. and then y pay more to dha for the land. better to own a piece of land in a village |

in case if you own village land, for each 4 Kanal land surrendered to DHA...you would get 1 kanal file... which would again go in balloting and one never knows where he/she would get plot |
