You are valuing 10 M L sector plot behind grid station and near to Drain, and you evaluate that plot as 64-68 lac.
You are valuing the I kanal plot of sector P632 as 70-80 lac.
Is it good valuation? |

Niazi seems to be an investor whose huge investments have been trapped in Phase 9 so he is evaluating high prices even near to Drain and bad locations so he can rise market buyers to sell his plots here soon. But his trick will not work as buyers have eyes and found phase 9 not as good planned as all previous phases of DHA. |
